I am a former acne sufferer for years.I have stage 3 acne until i was 39.My acne was cured when i went to a skin specialist and followed my daily routine.You can actually make your acne worst by OVERUSING products.Pick a system and use only that product.If you are using it properly within one month you will see a positive cahnge in your skin.Use a cleanser in the morning folowed by a day cream from your treatment line .I try to avoid makeup when possible ,if you must use something , i recommend Dermablend as a little covers your blemishes and still allows the skin to breath.Please remember to apply your moisturizer before the dermablend.I personally use Cetaphil Gentle cleanser in the morning followed by my day treatment cream . My moisturizer is Domer211 which can be bought online or at your local drug store.I moisturize only once a day and cleanse only once a day and for the first time in about 7 years I can go out in public without makeup.
